Why kids need to go to school.

Kids need to go to school because they need to learn how to do certain things to get a job in the real world. If a child doesn't know how to add,subtract, multiply, or divide how are are they going to get a job at McDonalds. I don't know how these children think that they know everything and they don't go to school. Most children that go to school don't stay in school for long; they either end up dropping out or going to other schools thinking that they will do better knowing that they will do the same thing that they did at the school that they left from. All of the others who stay in school they are most likely to graduate their senior year or if they're lucky their junior year because they did what they needed to do during their four years of high school. I believe that if children payed attention in school  they wouldn't have a hard time finding a job in the future.  

The life of Prince.

Prince Rogers Nelson was born and raised in Minneopolis Minnesota in the year of 1958. He is an american singer, song writer, musician, and actor. prince has produced ten platinum and thirty top 40 single during his career.

1. It cost 7 billion dollars each year to put up a billboard, It also cost 32 billion dollars for one advertisement and it cost 7 million dollars for one 30 second advertisement.

2. Advertisements helped Tommy Hillfiger by earning him a lot of money for his clothing line.

3. For a 30 second commercial it cost 2.7 million dollars.

4. Advertisement is like art because its full of creation. I think it cost so much be cause the people who are making the commercials are using actors and actresses in them.

5. "Just do it" motto had an impact on Nike by making it their slogan and making them famous.  

A three year old girl in New Zealand had fed herself left overs for two days after her mother had passed away. She was found by a neighbor that had saw her but not her mom in the window. The babies grand father had went in to the house and his grand daughter tolled him that mommy wouldn't wake up, the cops came in with the grand mother and she told them that she had a bad felling about something. They don't know how the mom died but they said that she was in bed and must have fell out because of a stroke or a heart attack. The grandfather said that when they were lowering her coffin into the ground the little girl said, "Mommy's in there."The grand parents both said that it was a very heart breaking moment for everyone in the family.

Hello. This is my first blog posting. I am new to blogging and I am writing this a part of my Journalism class at Sacramento High School. I will post my assignments to this blog. In the mean time let me tell you about myself.

My first favorite hobby is listening to music. My favorite genre of music is alternative rock and rock. my favorite bands are Green Day and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I also like Fall Out Boy and Disturbed. Not only that but I also like some hip hop and R&B as well.
